These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the xbajee 1 platform and all services provided under it. By registering with xbajee 1, operating an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Section 02 Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account with xbajee 1, users must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth given at registration must be genuine and verifiable. Accounts opened with false information may be closed at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If such accounts are identified, all of them will be closed and any bonus benefits will be cancelled.
2.3 Password and Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. You are strongly advised not to share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the xbajee 1 support team immediately.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
xbajee 1 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawal requests may be held until the verification process is complete. This process is carried out to protect the interests of the user.
Section 03 Age and Eligibility
By registering, the user confirms they are at least 21 years old. If xbajee 1 suspects that an account holder is a minor, proof of age will be requested and the account will be temporarily suspended until verified.
In addition, users must not be residents of any country or region where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law. The user is entirely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.
Section 04 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The same payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals.
4.3 Financial Verification
The user's account must be verified before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. xbajee 1 reserves the right to request additional verification for any unusual transaction.
Section 05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
5.2 Other Bonuses
xbajee 1 runs various promotional offers from time to time, such as the weekly xbajee 1 Reload Festival (20% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x), xbajee 1 Slot Bonus Dhamaka (30% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x), and the Cricket Offer (50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering 18x). 5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- A bonus may only be used in the account to which it was awarded.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- If a withdrawal is made without meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless an exception is stated in the specific offer.
- xbajee 1 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
Section 06 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance and Cancellation of Bets
xbajee 1 reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any bet, particularly in cases of technical error, incorrect odds being displayed, or suspected fraud. In the event of a bet placed due to a technical error, the original stake may be refunded.
6.2 Determining Results
For sports betting, results will be determined based on internationally recognised scorecards and official announcements. Results in casino and slot games are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and cannot be altered by any external influence.
6.3 Maximum Win Limits
xbajee 1 may set a maximum win limit per transaction for specific games or betting markets. This limit may vary by game and will be stated in the game description or the applicable promotion's terms.
Section 07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbajee 1 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
- Using artificial betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
- Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution of any software or data from the platform.
- Using any automated program, bot, or artificial intelligence in betting or gaming.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other users.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited, and applicable legal action may be taken.
Section 08 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by xbajee 1
If a breach of these Terms is suspected, xbajee 1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The associated balance may be held during the course of an investigation.
8.2 Closure by the User
A user may request the closure of their account at any time. Any available balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any unused bonuses will be cancelled. A self-exclusion option is also available in accordance with the Responsible Gaming policy.
Section 09 Limitation of Liability
xbajee 1 aims to operate its services without interruption, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, server maintenance, or internet connectivity problems. xbajee 1 will not be liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.
xbajee 1's liability is limited in cases of financial loss through betting or gaming. Users participate on the platform voluntarily and at their own risk. xbajee 1 is not directly liable for issues arising from the failure of third-party services such as payment gateways.
In no circumstances will xbajee 1's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.
